Today is the marking of a sad, sad day for music lovers alike.
Thursday June 25 2009 at about 2:30 in the afternoon at an estate in California Mr. Jackson was reported not breathing as an ambulance was called out to the estate that he was residing at.
Jackson was later reported dead at the UCLA medical center in California.
He was 50 years old.
